As you may know, the 2017-2018 recruiting season is underway. Please find attached information from Campus Recruiting on three opportunities for the internship season.

· The MBA Ambition program is an early process aimed at identifying and hiring pre-MBA students into the Associate Banking class.

· Sophomore Springboard is an immersion program designed to prepare students for analyst interviews this fall across Banking, Functions/Tech and Markets/Research.

· This year, Barclays is also partnering with Modernguild to identify 100 first year college students to participate in a training program for Banking and Sales and Trading at no cost to the students.

While the Sophomore program has a gender and ethnic focus, it’s important to note that applicants who are not invited to attend the program will be pipelined into the campus processes.
